Nakanoshima
This section of the fair will be held as a booth-style art fair. 2024 brings a total of 45 galleries from Japan and abroad together under one roof, each gallerists offering a unique aesthetic sense in the array of works selected and presented. Visitors will be able to experience the 'echo' between the magnificent space inside Osaka City Central Public Hall, a proud example of modern architecture, and the latest in contemporary art on display.
Specializing in large-scale works and installations, this section features a fair filled with site-specific work with 21 artists. Visitors should expect to witness exhibits taking advantage of the expansive site of the former shipbuilding yard and the unique location of a former furniture store.
